Michael Fritsch: CEO and President, Prometheus
Performance Systems LLC
Mike Fritsch has over 25 years of
experience leading large high-technology organizations. He has
dedicated his career to the art and science of performance
improvement. 
He has held a number of management and executive
positions within the military and semiconductor industry including over
fifteen years at Applied Materials where he most recently served
as Managing Director.
At Applied, Mike established the Global
Field Operations Organization and Global Technical Training. He
had strategic responsibility for Applied Material’s global field
workforce and put in place the governance structure to manage
the global service business. Mike led a number of corporate wide
initiatives including those that established in-fab connectivity
for the field workforce; certification for that workforce; a
Knowledge Management infrastructure; and the “projectized
environment”. Mike also served as the Intel Account Manager for
Service and Spares and held a number of positions within
manufacturing.
Mike holds a B.S. from the United States
Military Academy and an MBA in Technology Management from the
University of Phoenix. He also completed the Stanford Executive
MBA Institute in 1994.
He serves on the board of directors of
Confoe Inc, and of the Joint Service Academy Network of Austin.
He is also the founder of and advisor to the Fritsch Family
Charitable Giving Fund.
